Double Din DVD Players

I am thinking about getting one, but im not sure which one to get. I have looked at a few that are all different prices and all different features. But those of you that have one can you give me some feed back? Maybe post some pics of yours. I just know that I want one with Nav. all the other SD card, iPod link and all that is optional.

Just so you know our cars can't fit a double DIN without some modification. You can do a search to find more infor on this.

As far as decks I would go with the Pioneer AVIC-D3. Has a touchsceen with NAV, DVD, MP3, Ipod integration, and so much more. Best unit out there for the price.

But I finally found a non-sposor that sells a double DIN bezel for Camaros. Which is what you have to do the modifications to in order for the unit to fit.

Costs about $200 I think...

I have a double hole bezel that came in my 01 ss when I bought it and I took it out and replaced it with an original bezel, it was custom made if you are interested make me an offer. ssweet99ss@yahoo.com

i have the pioneer double din in my 99 ss... all i did was make two brackets to hold the screen itself in place.. they screwed in directly to the stock holes. then i got the stock radio trim and did alot of modification...bondo..paint..sandpaper.. all that good stuff but it looks VERY sharp i will post pics asap...do it if you have the will and time!!!

Yea i have the Pioneer AVIC-D1. Plus does anyone know about the adaption wiring harness that you have to buy too?

On Tech there is a GP for the Double Din Bezel $125 right now...I have one and it looks mint. I have the Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD. Yes my interior is dirty but heres some pics for ya.

I saw a way to use the flip face on ours without interfering with the vents all they did was move the heat cool controls ontop of the stereo and flipped the bezel I think this might be the way to go I cant find the double din bezel anywhere
