Funny you should say that. I am thinking about producing and selling them. The price would be around $200 for a new trim based on the time involved to make it. Interested?

So... what would your kit include? I'm guessing that you're selling some sort of modified mounting bracket as well? Or is the only alteration necessary the radio bezel? No offense, but if it's just the radio bezel, your price is much higher than it needs to be. That's the problem with these sort of things; just because it takes you so long to do it, doesn't mean it's worth the cost to the buyer.

So how does trimming the edges justify $200 worth of labor?

Well, you did a nice job. And I guess if you screw it up a couple of times the cost goes way up. So buying one already modified avoids the screw up problem.
But, if you have patience and a little skill, $200 an hour is a lot of money.
Anyway, it looks great and you deserve credit for doing a good job and not screwing up your car.
