dash and steering wheel lights.
I have a dash light that is out and both the steering wheel lights are out. I am wanting to change them soon but am not sure how hard the steering wheel lights will be to change. I don't even know where to start on those. I would be helpful if someone knows where I could find a write up on how to do the steering wheel lights. I have never done this before but I can't see it being too hard. Also on the dash lights how would I go about getting to the lights? Do I have to take the gauge cluster off and all the needles or could I get to the light from the back somehow. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. They have been out for about a month now and are driving me crazy!

Dash lights are not too bad, you have to remove the bezel around the cluster, which just pulls off. Then there will be four hex bolts(one in each corner) around the cluster you will need to remove. Then simply pull the cluster STRAIT out, it may take a little muscle and feel like your breaking it but your not. On the back of the dash, with out taking anything more apart, you will see about 10 various wing nuts which are actually the backs to little light bulbs. Its been a couple years since ive done this, so forgive me if im off a little, but it should at least give you a general idea.

ok so finally I got the time to go and fix the lights. The dash light went alright but those damn steering wheel lights suck! I went through the walkthrough on fixing them and when I reinstalled them they still didn't light up! uhhhhhhhh! this sucks! I'm not sure if I should buy new modules or let a shop just fix it.
