The Damn Door Panel
So today I was repositioning my driver-side window because it leaks water whenever it's raining bad, or when I wash it. The driver-side panel was a bitch to get off, however after a bit of fiddling and pulling I got it. After a sucessful window fix, I felt adventurous and decided to fix the stupid buzzing coming from the speaker in the passenger-side. So I start pulling it apart, no problems. I had a couple extra speakers and I was excited to finally turn the fade knob away from the back. I remove the speaker and then realize that the speakers I was going to put in did not have two seperate wire connections for tweeter and sub. So. . . I just simply snipped the sub wires to stop the rattling until I got some Infinities. The buzzing was gone on the passenger-side, and I turned up the bass all the way and to my dismay, there was now buzzing on the driver-side. Since I have had my fade in the back because of this buzzing I never noticed the driver-side. I reattach the passenger-side panel, and break the lock switch; the cheap little plastic part with red on it. That pissed me off. Then I removed the driver-side, again, and snipped the sub on it. So now I've got lots of highs from the fronts, bass from the middle, and both from my nice polks in the back. It actually doesn't sound bad.
Anyone know where I can order another plastic lock switch?

Thank you sir. I did not see it on there, but I'm going to give them a call tomorrow. Wish I knew about that site when I had my IROC-Z.

Yeah, give them a call. I thought it was on the page in that link for the left door anyway.
Someone else may know of somewhere else that may have it though.
And, I'm not a 'sir'

Oh,
Whoops. I apologize madame. I just noticed the "She Member." Kind of an oxy-moron if you ask me, 'she member' haha.
