cutting out need help

I put in a jvc deck, took out the monsoon deck disconnect the stock amp and ran all new speaker wire. new deck is powered buy stock harness, got new 6.5 in the doors and new 6.5 in the back. now when i turn the deck up to 40 with the car off everthing is ok, when i start the car everthing sounds good untill i go over 40 on the deck then the speakers start cutting out. and will only do it when the car is runing and all 4 6.5s are on.

Check your ground. Are they cutting out or just distorting?

Definitely sounds like a ground issue. Double check the wiring to the head unit. Double check your wiring
