Can i get a sub repaired somewhere?

i just bought a pair of eclipse sw4200 12 inch subs off ebay, one has a bad voice coil, and the other one is like new, i only paid $10 for the pair and really only planned to use the good one. the more i think about it, i want to use both of them, is it possible to have the bad one repaired? what kind of place would i have to take it to? and would it be worth it?

i would just stick with the one. hell for 10 bucks, that's a bargain in it self. you'll probably pay more than it would be worth to get the bad one fixed.

i figured it would be more trouble than it was worth. Im not very knowledgable when it comes to subs but i have been thinking, if i only use the subs for bass, and have NO voice playing through them would the sub with a bad voice coil even be a problem? or is it going to sound blown no matter what? i havent got a chance to hook them up yet. this is all a project for my ZR2 (winter beater) so im not looking to spend a ton of money so if i could get away with using both of them that would be great. just trying out my options...
