My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
2x10s in seat???
Is it possible to pull my 10" subs out of their box and actually mold them into the rear passenger seats? I think it would be super sexy to have them in the part that flips up/down ya know?

you mean have it where you can hide them behind the seat and then fold the seats down when not in use?
if so dont call me an idiot, cause i dont actually own one of these cars, but isnt that where the gas tank is?

Sorry man, it ain't gonna happen, there's not enough depth in the seat itself to mold them to have any decent 10 in the back part of the seat. It's only about 4 inches thick if even that. Since the gas tank and everything else is underneath the rear deck, there's no way you could be putting speakers in to that area.
You could put them ON the rear deck above the gas tank. I had mine set up that way, but honestly, it didn't sound that great. There's better box designs out there for sure.

Yeah, the nice thing about the hatchback design of our cars, if you are willing to give up the t-top storage, you can get a custom install of a pair of subs facing up and have it flush with the rear deck for a very clean install.
Myself, I have a single 10" MTX in the Thunderform hidden powered box. It sounds great(more than enough power to fill in the bottom end). 2 10's would have been definite overkill with the rest of the system stock.
Just another idea for you.
