10" JL Audio Sub fit convertible?

Since I've never owned a convertible 4th gen I'm not sure if this is 100% universal, but figured I'd ask.

I have a 10" JL Audio Sub for sale on eBay. It came out of my 95 Firebird. I have someone with a convertible T/A wanting to know if it will fit. Do the convertibles have the same trunk space? I can't imagine they're that much different, but I just want to be sure.

Here's the link to my auction so you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

    Thanks,
    Justin

Nope, the convertible top hydraulics are in the way. The sub would have to go on the passenger-side.

that suxorz, well as long as it isn't a daily driver than sure.
I would hate to be cruisin around and catch a flat with no spare.

I just bought four components and an amp to put in with my jl sub.

    Thats what AAA is for.

I still have most of my stereo equipment sitting in my garage. I am going to have to install it or sell it. Its getting outdated.

yeah all the stuff in my car was pretty old, before getting some more go fast parts i decided to get some boom.
I bought memphis components, i also thought that the speakers in the hatch area where 6x9's but nope they are litte bitty speakers so i just left them alone. I will have all my stuff put in on wednesday and i will let you know how it sounds.
