I've heard that Kee usually takes good care of his customers if they have problems. But the link above is the official CDT warranty info.

Okay, so basically its a one year warranty, that's fine. I really don't know Ian, but do I know that Kee Audio is his second job and that he can't answer the phone while work. I don't want to bug him at an odd hour. Is it usually better to call him like after 5-ish (Eastern)? I do want to order them, but I'm not too crazy sending my charge card number and order via e-mail (just in case my e-mail should get hacked).

The question was about contacting him by phone. I don't have (nor do I want) a pay pal account.

At one time it was best to call him but after doing some checking on Ls1Tech the consensus is to email or pm him on Ls1Tech.com for quicker response. I think his main job has weird hours.

I emailed him yesterday and asked what is the best way to contact him and he said email was the best. He responded pretty quickly so you're email may not have gone through or it got lost.

Well, got the speakers after getting in contact with Ian just before the 4th of July. The easiest speaker install I've ever had. The speakers sound good too, noticing some sounds in the songs that I never noticed before. So far, so good.

Not to hijack the thread but I have been wanting to change my speakers out as well with better quality speakers that sound and perform better, I have read tons of threads on here and on LS1 Tech and to no avail! Seems like I need to order from Kee Audio but is it worth it?I want to retain factory look of the interior pretty much and I really like listening to the motor and squeeling tires most of the time-lol

I'm happy with the upgraded standard package that I have. I will eventually upgrade my head unit, amp and get a stealth sub box.
