    We really dont have much to choose from....with the 04's 17 inch wheels about all we have is BAER 13"...and of course the 05-06 models have 18 inch wheels....the OEM GTO Brakes are painful at best.....

    Hawk makes pads for them, and we have a couple options on rotors ranging from just cost effective replacements to both nickel plated and raw slotted and/or drilled rotors.

    If you want to stop, upgrading the pads would be the place to start. If your rotors need replaced then do those as well, but skip them if the stock stuff is in good shape. And some fresh brake fluid is always a help.

    I run BAER 13" slotted with C5 hawk pads/stainless brake lines and flush and fill my fluid twice a year.....still my Silverado OEM brake system stops better....
