    Whats Next?...

I have an 06 gto with long tubes, exhaust, tune, and sub frames. I'm pretty happy with the power it's making but now i wanna put it to the ground. What are the most outstanding weaknesses in the gto underbelly. I don't do alot of track racing. Most of my fun is on the street. So it still has to ride nice on the highway. What should I do?

Hands down Pedders......Biggest gains are from the rear cross member bushings/springs/shocks....up front is the radius rod bushings and strut tower bushings....you'll think you have a super car the way it launches/rides....super upgrade/mod....

I'd been hearing from some people that I should upgrade the half shaft, drive shaft, and u-joint. Should I ignore them? I wont be able to get all those parts at once. What should be first?

Yes, ignore them for now because you are not making enough HP. Later when you make more power, then axle stubs etc. come into play. The axle stubs start to pretzle, also know as candy caning, at around 450 RWP with an M6. With an A4, there are cars with 500-600 RWP using OEM stubs.

If you have an M6, then start with clutch upgrades before driveline as you begin power increases.

If you're considering a bare bone suspension upgrade, start with the EP9166 Radius Rod bush. It will give you better brake feel and response by taking the slop out of the OE bush. The next move is to the back of the car and the EP1145 X-member bushings. The stiffer urethane has a more solid mounting point for the rear cradle. The EP1157 diff insert fills the voids left by the factory differential mount again providing a stiffer mounting point.

These will greatly reduce the "spongy" feeling some experience and help transfer the power.
