Exactly the stall rating we run in our car. You'll like it.

Stock converter is like 1800 I think. I could be off, but it's low.
    It's on jackstands.

You won't have trouble burning out. You will have trouble keeping your tires from getting bald.
A TC should always be one of the first mods to do.

No problem here with burnouts. My little friend called "line lock" really makes it easy!

    You won't regret it.

Burnouts?? Haha, I put a 3400 stall in my bone stock 02 SS and it went from a car that would hardly spin a tire to an absolute tire fry machine.

I raced the car fairly often comparing notes with upgrades. My best pass with just headers and a tune was 13.20's with lazy 2.1 60 foot times. With just a 3400 converter installed, still running stock tires, it ran an easy 12.76 and a decent 1.89 60 foot on the very first pass, while fighting tire spin on the stock goodyears. With sticky tires I have no doubt the car would go 1.70's and 12.50's. Never opened the engine, still running 3.23's.

The converter was hands down the best upgrade and the most improvement that car ever saw.

I use mine from time to time out on the street. Looking to swap tires next year, so I need to make sure the current tires are fully worn by the time the car goes into storage this fall. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.

Lol thanks for the feedback. Im really looking foward to seeing how much my time improves if im already in the 12.8 range. As far as the tires, im gonna try to be nice to them if not racing. It was a major B to convince the wife to let me get nittos last time lol.
