    it doesn't take 10 hours
if they have done it before and they are good it only takes 2 hours
if they haven't done too many then maybe as much as 4 hours if the fit/finish of the header isn't all that great

    but no way 10 hours

you could do it in less then 10 hours

    find you another shop

I gave the guy the write out that comes with the headers and he just went through the book and added the hours for every step.

Ok Ive got the long tubes in and the spintech exhuast sounds nice at WOT BUT!!! at low RPMS right around 1500 to 2300 the car cuts out the exhuast pops like crazy till you give it about 1/2 trottle an also conitunes to cut out and pop at about 4500 to 5000 rpms. What could be this be?

Would be beneficial to have it tuned. Also, did you change out plugs when you did your LT's? Check them all and make sure there in good. Also check them to make sure you haven't cracked the tops (white area) of any of the plugs. I cracked one when I was putting my LT's in and had this problem.

I put the car up on jacks and was overlooking the welds and the right side of the drive side mufflers is leaking like crazy prob 1/3 inch gap. Could a leak do that really?

its prolly a mixture of not being tuned right and your exhaust leak, my trans am acted all weird after LT's until it was tuned

well I had a check engine light come on while having the car running so I hooked up the scanner and got a miss fire code for the 3rd and 4th. So I checked the plug wires and took them off and put them back on that helped no more poppin at low rpms I'll be ordering the tune here in acouple hours. Thanks for everyone that replied

Buy a cam and have them install the headers for you while they install the cam.
