    Is this thing for real?

Saw this on a late night infomercial and it sounds like total bull plop to me, but i was just wondering if any one has actually had any experience with this thing and if if there is any advantage to it what so ever.

It's pretty much bullspit. My dad bought them when they was called tornados, and had them in two cars... He swears he got alittle better gas mileage because his car had the fuel economy screen. Anyway, i wouldnt buy one.

Walk me through a fuel injected motor benefiting from what is going on with the air pre-injection.

They are saying it speeds the airflow up through the pipe, throttle body and intake all the way into the combustion chamber. They are saying when the air spins it moves faster.

I understand that is what they are "saying"....How much air can you get in your intake with it/without it? Think about it. What is the air doing as it "waits" to be injected into the cylinder?

Skroo the gizmos. I've only had my goat for a lil over a year and I don't plan on changing a damn thing.

Been around for years and never known anyone to have one. Just another way to make your pocket a little lighter and do nothing for you. My thought is why would you want to block your path of air? Unless like qwkgto said turbo or blower.

What really gets me is that they say it "spins" the air like the way a jet engine does. But this thing doese'nt spin just redirects the air but how is the air supposed to continue to "cyclone" if there is no spin gizmo doing it? And Im pretty sure there's at least a slight difference between an internal combustion car engine and a jet propulsion engine of an aircraft.

Junk! I saw this thing a few years ago. Then it was called the, "Tornado Air System". My brother tried it in his car. All it did was make a whistleing noise. Did'nt do a damn' thing it claimed. Also notice the fine print! See how they cover their bases in the event it does nothing. Here's the fine print on the product below.....

*Based on road tests conducted by independent testing labs. Your mileage will vary depending on how you drive, what you drive, and other factors, and you may not do as well.

My buddy is a master hummer tech and he said he removed the intake off a h2 and was like what the hell is that and he used some pliers and yank it out and it was a tornado. He laughed and threw it away

Yeah, also notice how their "2min video doe'nt exist". LOL If there was a video, most likely it was a fraudulant dyno video. Just think how many people bought that POS and stuck it in their car thinking it does something............ It did so well in the past ten years they had to change its name too! LOL
