    STS Turbo or???

I just bought an 05 Goat and am considering putting on a turbo. Is STS the only option or are there other avenues I should consider?

    On all stock heads/cam/bottom end.....?
Wulp...sure you can do it....dont..no let me emphasis please....DO NOT JUST BUY THE STOCK KIT.....get the intercooler....Allen Nelson tune.....fuel pump upgrade....at the minimum.....
Now....you just changed all the characteristics of your car permanently and voided your warranty......
Nitrous gives you the same power and you can take it off....turn it on/off...whatever.....why wouldn't you go the nitrous route? No fuel pump upgrade/tuning/intercoolers...none of that bullshit.....just curious....the STS is the route I would have taken for sure if it wasnt for my dentist...

STS is a pretty pricey "upgrade" for the amount of horsepower. 5-6 grand buys alot. You could get a stroker, bike, hooker for the weekend....

I have thought about going the nitrous route, but when I have done this in the past I was always left with a feeling of "cheeting" LOL. I grew up around race cars, and was always tought that nitrous was for people that didn't know how to make horse power.

Blowers are something that I am extremely familiar with, and probably should go with, except I wanted to try something new, without having to spend 7 grand on a system. Thats why I thought maybe a turbo would be a way to go. Only problem is I can only find one system out there and that is the STS.

Isn't it possible to use a turbo off of a grand national or something and make it work with my application? Just a thought, I might be dreaming though....
