Sap Grill Install??
Anyone know a site where I can find the install instructions for the SAP Grill install on a 06 GTO, or maybe have them and could scan them and send em to me?...Thanks!

Torrid Red- 2004 Pontiac GTO
SAP Install
I don't have the instructions, but it is pretty easy. You have to take off the front bumper clip to take the stock grilles off and install the SAP. The grill is held in place with clips. If you break the stock clips I hope your SAP came with replacement ones because the dealer could take up to a week to get them to you. Just take off the bumper and remove the old grille and clip on the new one. Then place the clip back onto the car and your done. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the most difficult I would rate this install a 2. Not difficult, but time consuming. You have to find all the clips on the bumper and pull them off without breaking them, so you can remove the front clip. The actual install is easy. Someone on this site should be able to give you more detailed instructions i.e. body clip locations, step by step, and pictures. Sorry I couldn't be any more helpful.

I knew all that but wanted, like you said, clip locations and such. I know a copy of the instructions have to be some where on the net. I googled for about 30 min and found nothing. I'm hopeing someone knows a site or something.

I'll sell for $1500! Haha, I got lucky and pulled them for $500 off ebay. I just watched a new set go for damn $1075 on there. It's crazy what these things are going for now. Wish I knew this a long time ago and bought like 100 sets for the GM price of $200 some odd bucks!

yea there crazzy expensive now , too rich for my blood the front bumper comes off really easy, 3 bolts under hood, 2 screws in the fender wells and it clips on the sides, then the grills are held on by 4 metal clips 2 top 2 bottom, what do u want for the stick grills?

I dont know if I'm going to sell the stock grills yet. I may hold on the them just in case I ever want to sell the SAP grills so I have something to put back in. But I dunno yet. Are the stock ones hard to find?

Here is a link to a ebay listing that has some pics of the grills installed...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2004-...spagenameZWDVW
I'm sure you can google more and better pics, I think they look better painted to match the car.
They are crazy expensive for what they are but I love them, had to have a set. If your going to buy them, I'd get them soon cause the prices of them are only getting higher and higher...
