No i've only put gauges on it haven't worked on it at all just how it was 6 months ago when I bought the car I know the guy before didn't mess with it either I pulled 5 codes from it when I bought it he hadn't even taken it to the shop to find the problems out prolly a good reason I paid 2800 for the car lol
what's really stumping me though is none of the lines sweating or building ice up

You should still notice cold air with those pressures. Next time the gauges are hooked up have the a/c on, then turn in off. See how long it takes for the pressures to equilize. This shouldnt take very long, if it does there may be a restiction somewhere.

Like the orifice tube... Is there anywhere else that would catch crap?

Orifice tube, expansion valve, accumulator. You can also get restriction in condensers and evaporaters. You can sometimes see where the clog might be by looking for frost. For example you have a 1ft hose and 6inches up the hose there is frost biuld up. But right after that point there is nothing, you would find that the restriction in the center of the hose. I know you said you are not seeing any condensation on the hoses, but this can happen anywhere in the system.

Is the expansion valve on the firewall? If so I'll just change it pull the orifice and blow through the accumulatorthat thing costs too much to just change

expansion valve is on the fire wall. You can try to do that. I wouldnt recommend taking apart the a/c system with out vacuuming the system when its back to gether.

I'll borrow the vacuum from work it can easily be taken off of the recovery machine

Might pull it in on the weekend nd just use the whole machine
