Get a bucket of water with Dawn dish soap in it and 1st scrub the hell out of your rims. Hand sand with 400 grit wet/dry sand paper keeping the rim and paper wet with the same soapy water, pay good attention to the dips and edges in the rims.
Keep some extra paint cans handy for when it starts to chip from road debree.
I've seen a few murdered out cars around and love the look...(There is even a guy down the road that went a step farther on his Supra and went murdered out with gloss black flames) looks sweet as hell!

Any brand paint suggestions? Murdered out is the goal already got the tints just gotta get my headlights done again bc I put in those halo lights. I was gonna go debadgeing but from what I have read debadgeing the goat isn't a good idea

If it as me I'd do it right the first time get them powder coated only if you like the look of the stock rims. For god sake don't use rattle cans

If you pull the badges off there are holes behind them that will need welded shut.
Derbs is right though, powdercoating is the way to go...I've even used good paint through the gun and clearcoat with a perfect prep job and they still chip pretty quick
