    New formula

I tried adding outboard oil to the daily driver a la Sarge and got decent results. I had used Lucas exclusively upto this point, with fair, but not as good results. So, having a gallon of Lucas around, I decided to mix it 50-50 with outboard oil just to see the results. The motor runs just as smooth as on outboard oil only.

I think this is a good combination because it offers both the smoothness of OB oil and the cleaning power of Lucas. I also added a 1/2 qrt of OB oil to the DD last week when I changed the oil. After I see how the mixture affects the DD, then I will add it to the Goat. BTW, the DD has 120 M and I am curious to see what results if any can be gained by adding OB oil to the motor.

Love that testing man! I would submit the 2 stroke will clean better than Lucas on it's own. I use to use/recommend Lucas but the 2stroke is doing a great job so far.

    I think you should also put a quart of Marvel's Mystery oil in it too. . . . . . .

It is and beats nothing. But it lacks the add packs found in the 2stroke oil. But it is better than nothing.
