Need some opinions on next mod

Good morning!! I just came across some extra money and I was wondering what mod , if any, should I do to my 04 GTO thats $1000 or less. I already have a full exhaust( cai,long tubes>3"pipes(no cat/resonator)>spin tech side exhaust) and a tx speed 228r cam. I just dont know what to do next...oh, and I'm trying to stay away from nos,lol!

what tires are you running? I'm guessing your a stick car? I would look at doing a nice set of hooking tires and/or some suspension pieces to get that power to the ground.

I have some b.s tires. I was thinking about getting some nitto 555 tires. Are those like the best ones to get?

everyone's definition of "best" is going to vary a bit. It really depends on what you're looking for in the tire. 555r IMO are ideal for a daily driven drag radial. Mickey Thompon's are a great hooking tire and will out hook the Nitto at the track but you get half the mileage out of them. With Nitto's you're probably looking in that 12-15k range on mileage and with Mickey's you're in the 6-8k range.

Peddles suspension that is. I am not sure on the 555's I have invos and nt05's now the r compounds are stickier but pricier.

Well if your tires are toast then i suggest nitto NT05 out back and a nitto NT555 up front. Its a great combination that i have had good luck running in the past. It hooks like a monster on the street. And grips well up front when its raining and your need a little extra meat to help steer the car.
