monaro front clip

So my roomate has looked into this with no success, he would like to change the front on his '05 GTO, but what he has found is super costy........

Is there anywhere in the states to get a fron bumper or clip or whatever you need to convert the car over?

if you can cutout some simple shapes with plywood (lower lip) and use a couple can of (great stuff) spray foam. wax the bumper up really good and screw the plywood under the bumper, then spray the Great stuff over and around the plywood up onto the bumper. after its cured in a day or two sand the foam to the shape you want and lay a few coats of fiberglass over...there you have your custom front lip!

FWIW - this link is to an Aussie company. And if you want the GM part, it's pretty much it.

I'm not sure if anyone's making the specific Monaro bumper cover in the US - some are making hybrids with the Pontiac upper grilles, though.
