Yes there is a BIG difference.
Here is the corresponding part #'s and prices as per JBA web site.
Vehicle: 2004 5.7L LS1 GTO
Part Number: 2809SYC
$608.58
Vehicle: 2005 6.0L LS2 GTO

So yes there is Major differences.Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

That price is wrong. And probably for cated mids. But never the less the bends are different.
New JBA catless mids go for about $230-$250

As I said these prices are directly from JBA's website.
http://products.jbaheaders.com/index.asp
Being a 04 LS1 has single sided exiting exhaust I took for granted the bends on the LS1 were different for that matter.

Well its obvious no one can question or debate anything you say. I dont care if you got the info from the JBA site. Im telling you what I have paid for both an 06 exhaust and an 04, since I have owned both. Do a little research on OTHER SITES besides this on and you will fine a good deal.
