Does anyone know how high my rpms should be to get a perfect lunch from a dig(its for the track) on a A4 04 gto

I would say about a 100 rpm under where it starts to power brake it.
It will also help if you pump the brakes a few times to build up pressure for better holding on the rear calipers.
No one can tell you a magic number because it will vary from car to car,track to track,and tire to tire.
Do yourself favor and if you have regular radial tires DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH THE WATER BOX!! AND DON'T DO A SMOKEY BURN OUT!!
Drive around the water box back up 10-15 feet and just floor it cleaning the tires off and spining only a few times. Anymore will not do you any good. Street tires DON'T like heat and actually spin worse when hot.
