    K&N cai

    just got it for my 06 gto and strange or not as it may seem, when i floor it, i hear this whistling sound that comes from the corner where the air filter is. and, it almost sounds like turbo i can not explain it, while the car is sucking the air in.

    so is this normal?

    Get used to it. This is normal. You basically deleted the air baffle once you removed the factory airbox. The more throttle you give your car, the more "HISSSSSSSSS" you will hear.
