iat sensor
need some help i have a volant air box with an after market iat sensor. it is mounted in my air box. just recently i have noticed my intake temp was 85 degrees and my ambient temp was 71 degrees, usually i am pretty close with both temps,anybody have this problem? any info would be appreciated. bob v

I know some folks have lined their Volant with aluminum insulation to keep the IATs down.

I suggest you get the MSD IAT sensor come complete with a plug to wire it in,this sensor is way faster then the factory one and acts way faster,sells at jegs and summit racing for around $20.
