Bone stock is running in the 13's....top end is limited ( you can tune it out) at around 162 I think....

ehhh....on average their real low 13's...from 13.1-13.3 stock...but have gone into high 12's...there harder to launch then f-bods...and put down round 340-345rwhp stock....honestly for the money the only reason i can see people buying them is for the luxury because the inerior is far superior over f bods....f-bods also handle better i believe

They have the LS2 motor from the 2005 corvette which gives them around 400 hp and 400 ft-lbs. I'm not sure about the handling, its a newer car so i think it might handle better than an f body but i don't really know. They'll def run low 13s or high 12s depending on the driver... but its too bad they're so heavy. I'm pretty sure the LS2 Corvette runs 12's all day.

I also raced against a coupld LS2 GTO's and the LS6 CTS-V which all pulled several lengths on me around 140mph

GTO's are more top end cars, they dont really shine in the 1/4mile but the top end power is very impressive...they are just sooo damn heavy there is only like 80lbs difference between the CTS-V and a GTO and ones a freekin 4-door with the same size motor...doesnt so much make sence to me...oh well I love mine

Stock for stock they handle better than a f-bod and ride smother. The LS2 feels to have a little more power, but not alot. A good exhaust on the f-bod should even it out.

I beat the 04 GTO (350hp one) just with the lid, filter and cai.
then a while back I beat a 05 GTO having the lid, filter, cai, cat-back & Y, pulley. I think they do low 13's (13.1, 13.2) all day... get some sticky tires and they can do high 12's easily...

Any f-bod will beat a 04 stock vs stock. Unless the f-bod driver sucks.

    I walked off of a few LS2 GTOs....but I cheated, with my 6.3 liters

in all seriousness, they are pretty fast upstairs, like those SRT8s. they have IRS, but are heavy, so tossing them around isn't that much fun...I drove the crap outta my buddy's 05 M6 and it is comfy, but you feel the weight for sure...

true dat, they're too heavy 400 lbs makes a huge difference, I figured for every 100lbs one need an extra 10fly wheel hp. something very close to that figure.

the new mustang is coming out, FR500GT or something like that... it is an upgraded Shelby. 550hp, 3300lbs,, ohh they finally got the engine and weight right.. but the price is hillarious, I heard they go for 100k or such, oops.
I'd buy a C6 Z06 instead get a few bolts on and save the 30k..

Per Dec '06 "Car and Driver" magazine:
    engine: DOHC 32-valve 534 bhp @7100hp, torque 440 lb-ft @ 5300

    times:
    0-60: 3.9 sec
    1/4 mi: 12.1 sec

    top speed: about 200mi/hr
    fuel: 100 octane
    weight: 3300 lbs
    tranny: 6 speed sequential

and now the kicker: price: $110,000

Where can you get 100 octane??? I don't see that at to many gas stations around here! I'm lucky to find 93 without corn juice in it!!!
