    GTO radio reception

How is the antenna set up on GTO's? I was wondering because mine came with a pioneer AVIC-D1 (installed by circut city from the paperwork in the glovebox) with XM and Nav etcm, but for some reason the regular radio stations pick up like $h!t. There is a possibility the maybe the factory antenna is not plugged up right (haven't messed with it yet), but I noticed while going through this there is no mast style and I didn't see anything on the winshield. What it is attached through just the chassis how well do they pick up?

The antena is in the rear windshield with the defroster elements. I believe it's the one that runs up and down. I get 0 am reception (only tried it for traffic info) but my fm is excellant.

James, you might have a broken antanae element in the back glass. give it a look see.

SLP, something is wrong with your unit - loose or something because the cd player is all that I use and have never had a disc skip even over some hellasious bumps.
