Driver's Side Door Problems

Today I stopped to get gas for my 2004 GTO. I had the drivers side window all the way down and when I went to shut the door the window rattled. I shut the door again and you can see the window shaking inside the door. It runs up and down fine and also stays up alright. With the window up and shutting the door there is a rattling sound down in the door but the window fits tight. Is there a clip off inside the door or the window track broken somewhere?? Any ideas on this?? Thanks...

Doesn't sound right. Something is loose. I'd take it in to dealer before it breaks.
Keep us posted as to what it is.

I am a salesperson at the dealership so I took it up to the body shop. The window was off the track because a bolt came out. Simple and free fix! No rattles now! It was odd though that the window went up and down fine when off the track.
