    Anybody got nitrous

    Is anyone using nitrous on there goat, (ESP> 2004). if so, could you post some pics of your setup plz. i have a nx with a fjo controller here, just looking to see what everyone is doing.

    looks good sarge. i just mounted my solonoids and nozzle today. i think i may move my nozzle to the location that you are using, i seem to like that idea. that is if i dont go with a plate system

    one more thing, where do you tap into the rpm signal, and also where did you tap the WOT at.

    Just fyi, im using the fjo controller, gen 2

    I had a similar setup,had mine hidden used a fogger nozzel,125 shot and the FJO,bottle warmer.you can run a 100 dry shot works great.Before I had the FJO I used a momentary switch and hit the nitrous when car went to second gear,otherwise 125hp would not let me hook.this was back in the stock ls2 days.

    Hell that was so long ago....I remember the orange and brown wire for the tach at the PCM connector....you know what....email or call Rick at NX...he has wiring diagrams out the wazoo.

    Here are some of my notes I still have...
    04 GTO LS1 TPS at the throttle body BLUE wire. at the computer pin 24 green seal connector 2. blue wire
    TACH coil trigger wire light green passenger side, at the computer pin 10 green seal connector 2. brown wire

    ok, so ill tap the blue wire on the tps for the wot signal. just curious, what can i do on a stock tune. 50-100-125-150. could i run a 100 shot on a stock tune, or no more then___?

    def. a wet shot for me. i like to know the fuel is gonna get their. lol. id hate to blow a motor im still paying on. LMAO

    yea thats why I didnt list a wireing diagram,ls2s are diffrent with DBW.I think I used the green wire for coil pickup..
    mods: custom built twins, built 408 w/l92 stock GM heads,GM matching intake,drag bags,frame ties,aluminum drive shaft, performabuilt 4l80e,Yank converter,ohios fastest and quickest 04-06 GTO 9.52 at 144mph. 1.50 60ft on stock rear end and shafts/suspension,on drag radials.

    run NGK TR6s 35thousand gap you should be fine.

    NGK's TR55 gapped at .040....LOL...you gonna get all kinds of responses you know...

    Well I split the difference and gapped mine at .037 LOL. Also I wouldn't run anymore than a 75-100 shot on a stock tune. I'd definitely get a tune either way.

    yeah, ill be doing that, i know i need some shift points changed and the torque managments messed with. but i really need to get a stall first. so i can take advantage of the new power. well see. i didnt see a blue wire on the tps. i saw green with white, green with xxx and two others i think, but no blue

    call FJO they can tell you but im sure I used the green wire to trigger the controler.
