CAI=250, depends on the headers for price, however they all produce around the same hp, pacesetters 250, QTP, Kooks, ARH 600-800, exhaust i recomend magnaflow with the headers and cam it will sound real nice that will run you around 400, you can get a good cam for 300-350 and then if ur paying for labor

I have a full exhaust (pacesetters ceramic coated) SLP Loudmouth, K&N CAI, and have a HP tune and have about 430-450 to the crank so yeah probley a lil lower then 400RWHP

Black- 06 Chevy Caprice HT (RIP)
Best Bang for buck would be the GM CR5 heads Pn 88958622
Plus throw in a nice GT2-3 cam from Lingenfelter with a Fast LSx 90mm and the usual accessories (headers, CAI, ignition wires, and a sweet set of plugs) and you will be makin well over your needed 400rwhp
As for the exhaust catback, Stainless works works wonders, not too noisy on the outside and super quiet on the inside...Not to mention great price, Bought one for a friend and WOW...

With the GT2-3 cam, youre going to need heads also to get there, or a catback. Do both and you should get to about 420rwhp.
I went with this cam for drivability. Heads, cam, springs, pulley, catless mids + tune = 392. Dyno waiting approval in racing section.
