The maf table is richened up beyond what is normal, so either the wideband is reading incorrectly, or there's an issue with fuel supply.

Keep me updated NAF, I'll be here for you.

btw Sarge, I can't wait to see your car running again, what's next on the mod list
Supercharger. It is out of the body shop and down at Pontiac right now. Jonathon needs to slap a blower on that black bitch so we can go high speed into another electrical box. That shit is a rush man....

Ya, i am runnin stock injectors and pump...

But i did find another problem..AHA Yup...I did a bubble test and i saw bubbles at 5 psi...

I attached an air hose to the throttlebody with an addaptor, and let it loose to 5psi...I sprayed soapy water around the edges of the FAST intake manifold, and lord and behold BUBBLES...

I took the intake manifold off and also found the stock intake seals were no good, the dealership may have slide the part in place rather then vertally install it...

I have a set on the way, should have them by sunday...I am also redoing the seal on the two halves of the intake manifold...RTV silicone instant gasket...That will be my saviour...

This should cure my lean issues, and help me break the 350 bar...

So Sarge, no increase with the JBA shorties? Damn, false advertising...

    That'll do it, no doubt.

Good to hear you *should* have it figured out.

I hope i am, It doesnt help that i am always on the other end of the world from the manufactures...I am gettin parts from the states and australia...So i have to be a Mac Guyver and come up with good fixes with nuttin but a swiss army knife...

In any case if i cant get her running right, i am going to throw in the towel and get a caddi STS-v...If i do, its gonna be a nice smooth cam, heads and rocker arms...The short block will remain stock...For now...

Well it appears that you have diagnosed the A/F ratio problem. Another way to test a manifold for leaks, all be it an old way, is to spray the contact area between the manifold and the head with gas with the motor running. The motor will increase RPM as it draws in the gas through the leaking area. Some guys prefer to use oil and then check the exhaust for smoke, a certain indicater of a leak.

Let us know how the motor runs after you correct the leak. I told you to keep those guys away from your car. Ha Ha!!

Oh i did, i went to the GM dealer here and gave them everything...Including my torque wrench...I am having it certified to insure proper torquing the next time...BTW it was so easy to remove the manifold...I am also getting new o-rings for the injectors and intake seals...

You use gas to find a leak? And i thought my father's mechanic was crazy smoking above the carb...
