If I recall from what I have read, the 05/6 front calipers and rotors are slightly larger than the 04. I don't think there are any differences between the rear calipers and rotors though. I think JHP sells a kit that allows for the fitting of the larger front calipers/rotors but I could be wrong.

Yep, the front rotors/calipers are bigger. The rear rotors are "vented" vs. solid. The calipers are the same, just powder coated red. If you use your original spindles you'll need the bolt kit from JHP. I swapped out the spindles since they were offered on the ebay auction I won on. You won't be able to use your dust shields from the '04 spindles. My '05-'06 big brake swap doesn't have the dust shields either. No need for them. I've been running them without for 3 yrs. now. The swap was a big improvement over the stock '04 brakes.

There are a couple places that salvage parts from GTO's, Corvettes, 4th gen. Camaro/Firebirds. One was Cleveland "Pick A Part" and the other was "Contemporary Corvette" in Bristol, PA. I scored my complete '05/'06 low mileage big brake setup on ebay for $450 shipped. That was 4 calipers, 4 rotors (which I just lightly resurfaced on the brake lathe) brake hoses, front spindles, and hardware. I was very happy with everything. The swap only took me a couple hour to do.
