okokok!! That thing might a little quicker than what you guys think it is. I would like to see some #'s on that thing. Also, when I let him start pulling away I am sure he hit the sweet spot before me which caused him to pull away like he did. But when I got in my sweet spot I started to pull on him fast. I just didn't think that thing should pull from me where ever I was in the rpm range. My car doesn't pull any slower than any other stock Z28 because trust me a drove a bunch of them before I bought this one. I was not impressed by any of the stock Z's I drove. But I am impressed at what these cars are capable of. I had an 04 350Z and ran a few LS1's stock for stock and I would always pull away from a dig but when we would get up to about 100 mph the Z28 would start to pull on me. Not to mention I would always get smoked at the track by them. My 350Z ran a 13.8 @ 103mph with just a cold air intake and a set of BF Goodrich Gforce street tires. Thats about what a Z28 runs stock. I love my car and plan to really hook it up. But you gotta give credit where credit is due!!

This would depend on how it's geared. Lets not forget the 320hp twin turbo supra. That car stock runs a 13.0 @ 108 to 109 mph in the 1/4. And that car isn't that light.

The gearing is why I didn't think it was to bad, but it would need about 8 gears or another 60HP to make it somewhat fast with that much weight.

That's what I was thinking if they upped the boost maybe seeing it has a turbo.

Well it sure isn't fast but the artical did say that it made most of it's power between the low to mid range rpm and dives off in the upper rpm range.

That's the allwheel drive specs. The FWD is 3710 for weight and should be faster.

I know he caught me in a bad rpm range because earlier in the evening I ran a 300C with the 5.7 345 hp motor and whooped him by 3-4 cars.

The Mazda must have been after a few to many beers that affected your reaction and driving technique since the earlier race. Just say it was so!

It's a requirement for you to go find the same guy and show him the real stuff. Don't give leads from now on!
