walked on a RX-8

today at the light (right before it turns into a freeway) there was a punk on his 07 RX8 and when I got next to him, he smirked and started revving, I said Okay its on, but as I am saying that, I hear two nice revvs it was a 1995 Corvette, and a 98 SVT Cobra, the cobra was behind the RX and the Vette was behind me, so i signal a thumbs up thru the Rearview mirror to the vette driver ( he was an older gentleman) the cobra owner was in his twenties. so the lights turn green we take off, I hooked pretty good, after take off I had a car on him and the Vette was approaching his rear fender.

The Cobra didnt manage to take off cause of the slugg infront of him. at about 70 I had three cars on the RX and the Vette was stll running hard, so i stayed with it. and managed to put two cars on him after we let off at 120, we go back down to 60 and we get a fly by from the RX.

so at the next light all three off us lined up it was the cobra, Vette, and me, light turns green and we all hook pretty good, but the vette got his fender on me and i couldnt see the cobra, by 80 I pulled even with the vette and the cobra was about half of car behind us, when i put it in fourth thats when my manual transmission kicked in as i put two cars on the vette and three on the cobra at 120 my lead was slightly growing so I let off. we all gave thumbs up to everyone and went our ways.

No offence taken, the RX-8 driver was being a deuche so we decided to put him on his place. after he left, it was all serious game. I wanted to post my kills in diffrent threads but that just be a waste of server space.

That's the basic reasoning I've been trying to point out, but I think it falls on deaf ears. If the guy is being a douchebag it's one thing, but I've seen plenty of douchebags in Domestics AND imports. Human beings from the age of 16-25 are pretty immature creatures.

i usually see those rx-8's running in the 14.5 range with decent drivers. sounds like some fun racing though.
