V45 magna and 08 grand prix GXP

So my friend has an older i guess tour bike Honda v45 magna, it scoots pretty good. He came over since he has been wanting to race so we went from a 25 and we were about dead even untill i hit top of 2nd and grabbed third then i pulled. Run #2 from 30 and he jumped out about a car then i passed him after third gear it was fun. Now my other friend just got this GXP and its quick but from what i have heard from other friends is that he thinks its sooo fast. So we set up at a 30 and about 110 or so i had prolly 2 busses on him. Not too bad. real clean car, Says that he hates when he trys to race mustangs and the just laugh at him. I would love to have it and do full bolt ons and tune. I bet as is it surprises a lot of people.

also those gxps are nice cars however they are limited in the intake area and the ls4 is a odd little engine ..engine swaps are near impossible for it ..so yeah..but still very nice cars.

First, congrats on the kill.

Was it an gen2 magna or gen3. I own a 1994 magna (gen 3) only mod is jetted carbs, and find the outcome very surprising, if it was 94+ model. In stock form (gen3) the bike will do mid to high 12's.

GXP's are quick for 4 door sedans, but no match for a LS1,( maybe stock LS1) with a driver mod for the GXP but you add LS6 intake mani and headers and a tune and they can be in the low to mid 13's. i can pull on stock-mild bolt on LT1's. oh yeah and i can pull buss lengths on Shady milkman^
