stock vs stock you'd still win provide you are both equally skilled drivers and make no mistakes...
it's still a drivers race...

automatic or stick? what boltons exactly? A 2.73 automatic LS1 F-bod vert against a 05+5spd GT coupe is a real close race bone stock, bolt ons should give the T/A an edge.

Mines an 02 vert, never had a close race with a stang, raced many at GLD and on the street. They continue to line up against me but have always lost. Keep in mind, I have nothing against the ford mustang, I bought one two weeks ago for my wife, it’s a 08 black vert with the 4.0 nice car, she loves it.

a bolt on ls1 will usually whip a stock GT if the drivers are both equal

before i blew a rod bearing on the z i raced a new gt with suspension, at least a catback exhaust and intake, with 18s all around from a rolling 40 to 120 and held him at 3 1/2 lengths, i was stock with 20's. i can't wait till i finish breaking in the rebuilt with h/c . killing stangs for life, its a way of life.
