Stang GT driver I killed claimed his TC is stuck
today after work a mustang gt rolls in behind me, so for starters I kick it up to 90 with him staying a couple cars behind me. we get onto another 4 lane and he pulls up beside me with a thumbs up but i aint done. I tell him we go on 3. we back it down to 35 and gun it........ I put 4 cars on him and let out @80 cause of traffic. slowing down for a red light, a guy I work with who was behind us pulls up laughing. the gt owner gets beside me and and says "you factory?" ..........I tell him only air lid and exaust cut-out. he says he has headers/x pipe and something else etc.......
then he says did u hear me bog down my TC is stuck ......... I was thinking whatever lol ..........just take your azz whippin and drive away
if my TC was stuck I wouldnt try to jump on somebody till it was fixed

When you serve a good ass whoopin like that. The loser tends to come up with a good lie as to why he lost so bad.
1. Missed 1st
2. I messed up.....in an automatic
3. V-Tech Broke

Yeah, those S197's are something. I saw a guy back in Feburary in a Plum-colored 2006 GT M5 w/ K&N FIPK, high-flow X-pipe & Magna-flow cat-back run 14.1-14.0's @ 101 all night long. Needless to say I was dissapointed with the Mustang as usual.

35mph - and his TCS was stuck on? ON a mustang, it wouldn't matter- because at 35 mph it isn't going to roast the tires anyway.
Lame excuse

i raced a friend of mine in my 85 firebird (2.8 v6, 5spd, REALLY slow) against his 99 mustang 6cyl auto. I'm pretty sure that Firebird was only rated at 130something horsepower and not much more torque. sad thing is I kept up with him! he claimed he left his ebrake on we went from a dig, and his car is an auto, so why he had his ebrake on beats me!
some mustang drivers just have a book of excuses in their glovebox.
good kill!
