Stage 2 Civic?

hey guys we went on a beer run!, and on the way back there was a stupid ricer telling my friend that he wanted to run, he drives a Montecarlo ss 2003- 2004 ish he rarely drives it. Well my friend gets excited and smiles, then the ricer says running the stage two, well long story short he got him by 3 cars by 100. at the next light his exuse was that his turbo didnt kick in lol, so green light again same result. At the next light we made a right and went our way.

I havent heard of stages, is it that ricer tech is evolving?

Ya im sure a Stage 2 is a Ricers term or what the person told him when he bought the car or had the Kit put on it. Technically there is no stages in Honda, Besides maybe the clutch!! HAHA.
