I don't lol. my friends 92 3000gt (non vr4) beat one no problem. i only respect FAST cars, so if its turboed and "fast" then i'll like it.

so the sentra must be lighter than the 350Z cuz those are high 13 cars.

dont be afraid of anything front wheel drive.

i would only be concerned with an awd turbo car.
i can compensate for the launch with my torque all through the power band as opposed to a turbocharged cars lack of torque before boost. they will have the launch, get used to it.

fwd on the other hand, even if they pull of the launch will wheel hop so badly and torque steer that you should hole shot easy and rip through the gears with your foot planted. there are so many things that have to go into making a fwd car truly fast that i will never be afraid to race them, turbo'd or otherwise.

remember, just because a car is turbocharged doesnt make it some power freak. size plays a big roll as well as boost, fuel, and spark. there is no reason not to race or be afraid of any car. anything can happen.

yea, it's light. he also has next to no turbo lag. he raced my friends firehawk from a roll on the highway (which is also a 12.xx car) and was right next to us the whole time.

haha, yea and i've only been in several street races... never lost to fwd but its definitely not impossible. any car can be made fast.
now when u talk down fwd, ur trashing the grand prix gtp. my friend had one with pully, intake, etc. they're def. ballsy and could be made faster than a stock ls1 without too much work.

this is bitch talk. man up. if you get beat, so what. does that make your dick shrink or something? if i had an opportunity to race a z06 i would, im not afraid, i know it would put miles on me. but just because i know that doesnt turn me off to racing one. it would be a nice experience. what if he missed a shift and i pulled him?

anything can happen. why be afraid of something you cant predict the outcome to.

no offense to anyone, but this logic seems rather pussified.

Totally. Shit happens... the guy might be a frikin idiot driving the better car. I once put about 300 yards between myself and a WS6 driving a 2.4L manual grand am. in the twisties.... that shouldn't ever happen... then the stupid dick goes to pass me and granny shifts the car i never laughed so hard while watching tail lights in my life.

so when you gonna race these imports man!??!?!?!?!

Who cares if you loose to FWD, you'll look cool with your rear wheel drive peel out after the loss and doing some drifting for him without using your e-brake!

Grand Prix going FWD is dorky...who wants torque steer, honestly. I may loose to a GTP or other FWD someday, but I sure never want to own one.

When are we gonna see this video!!?!?!?

i know the consensus of the car nation, but my experience with alot of different vehicles has shown me that the notion that fwd handles better is IMO, crap. i never feel as safe driving fwd cars as i do with rear wheel. it is much easier to compensate for understeer by kicking the tail out than hoping to god you dont go too quickly into the turn like with fwd. the distribution of weight is terrible in fwd, and to have the front wheels steering and driving makes no sense to me really.

    this is only my opinion.

DUDE, i'm just saying that because a car is front wheel drive doesn't mean you will always beat it. thats the impression i got from ur previous posts. I've seen videos of 600hp civics, they exist. i'm just saying dont get cocky like that.

Vids coming soon. i'm at school right now... gotta wait for the weekend.

In dry conditions, FWD has no advantages over RWD. It is in slippery conditions that all that weight over the front end provides the advantage over RWD - in normal driving situations, for most normal drivers.

I personally don't care for FWD either - but I'm not blind to its advantages.

FWD is awesome for high roll racing, thats it.
