    o2ws6 trans am vs. cts-v

my wife and i were in panama city beach this weekend,we were on middle beach road and this black cts-v pulls up beside us and we take off from like 40 mph and we pull the cts-v,his front bumper was at our door.we come to a red light and go from a stop and we both spun just a little, but our t/a edged out the cts-v again.to be fair though the cts-v had about four people in it and probably stock(the kid driving said it was his dad's) but we were happy to take out a ls-6,especially since our t/a now has 190k on it.

I assume those miles are hurting you. You should be close to his rwhp but lighter especially with only 2 vs 4 people.

Those are good mods, i guess the mileage will hurt a bit and it being A4. I think the CTS-V is just as fast as a GTO 05-06. Seen stock T/A's do pretty good with them but they were M6 cars, pretty good meaning they would lose by 1-2 cars to about 130. With the mods you have lower mileage and M6 should have no issues pulling on one. Either way not putting anyone down i think its always good to pull out in front of a car that has more power then you to begin with and good kill. By i was looking for the collector edition Yellow T/A for a while hella hard to find and beautifull ride

Probably the LS2... the new CTS V requires BMW M5 numbers to hang with it.
