Mustang guy called BS on me

i went out saturday night to the usual spot and was hanging out....well me and a couple of girls went for a ride around town and when i came back and parked i over heard 2 guys talkin about my car.........one was there earlier in his mustang.....the other was in a dodge truck... he yell to me and i went over there....he asked what i ran and what i had done to it i told him......the he ask if it was on street tires....i told him yea....he said that it was hard to believe......he ask if i could prove it....i didnt have the slips with me but i told him to go ask the two ppl that i had shown before....he wouldnt and kept talkin shit.....i was like whatever....he said next weekend he would have his car outta of the shop and he would see if i met the standard.....i told him fine i'll be here....as i walked away he asked a stupid f'ing question .........."You got the slip to it?" i laughed and told him yea right.........this aint pinks........................why do ppl not have faith in the ls1 and what it can do

nope.....he said he was getting out of the shop this week and we were going to race next weekend "see if you can meet the standards" he told me lol....he was kinda drunk i think......he wanted to race for pink......against a car i have never seen or knew anything about........plus im still paying for it

ill tell you the problem , people pay too much attention to what they have instead of researchin .. trust me not everyone knows about the ls1

there is one in town with a s2000 that said they could spank my camaro, cause the kid who had the s2000 also HAD a 91 camaro so he thinks every other camaro is as slow as that one

also people play TOO MUCH need for speed underground. skyline

on e kid came up to me and said "let me guess 14.7"

i should have said yeah but i said no 13.1... he didt beleive it and asked what was done, stock with intake and muffler... still didnt beleive it, but he didnt want to race because his front tires were bald so i offered to get my jack out and help him rotate then and this was in front of everyone soo i showed him up ,, oh and he didnt want to rotate his tires , iguess he didnt have faith in his NA 4 banger

way back in the day camaros were the underdog compared to hemis and even other gm products.. but now they are the top dogs and people just dont see that the engine plant and the combo with an areodynamic car is one of the best ways to make a car fast, compare a 426 hemi with a ls1 yeah the hemi is way more powerful and thats what people see what they dont see is that a 300 horse ls1 runs 13.3 as well as the hemi it takes more that just the engine to make a car fast look at the gto, not trying to dog on them BUT, they are heavy and with 400 horse the should not be in the 14

yeah dude ls2 goats are low low 13 sec...some cases high 12's

yep thats cuz those goats are fat muffuckas....i'd take a ls1 f-bod over a ls2 goat anyday

as long as it's set up right, unlike my 3900 lb dog. 400 hp, runs high 12's lol

Well i saw the mustang this weekend...........excuse was he needed some new tires first...........i'll try calling him out again next time i see him.........but he should have taken his chance this weekend.....because the camaro just got some love juice
