ok...this kid i kno has a 2000 monte carlo ls. he has an intake system, megan racing exhaust, electronic supercharger, and a IAT speed seacher....says his pushin btween 250-280hp...*thinks* he can outrun a ls1...i kno he cant but do u think with the mods hes really pushin that much??

yes those electric superchargers are a very cheezy way to make 1 more hp at most, they are like 50 bucks and people fall for the scam

even tho your banned i thought i'd clear something up..if its a mc ss then its running the 3800 3.8 and they run 200hp and 225tq ..so he might be pushing 225-235hp but i'm not sure about the torque..but he could run with the v6 mustangs. but a ls1...he is dreaming..your pushing out to the wheels over 50 more hp then he is making at the crank..that kid is sick in the head.

I have a Supercharged Grand Prix. Have had it for 4 years. I have never seen any 3800 cars running an electronic SC. That is just funny. I don't think you need to worry about anything. He would be lucky to be pushing 180hp to the wheels.

I think my Grandma had an electic supercharger on her wheel chair, because that mofo could run. It even had a posi. I could pop wheelies and lay down some rubber in it. It did hurt like hell when she ran over my foot though.

Even the new 303hp V8 Monte Carlos are slow! Way better the V6 ones, but they are big and heavy!

I think the guy has the "turbonator".. seriously the one you plug into your
air intake.. and makes -5hp . . it actually makes more air resistance,,
