Me Vs. Shelby GT500?
I know the new Shelby GT500 makes a very conservative 500hp. Just wondering if I could take one out?

-Vig. 3600 Stall
-TRex Cam
-Forged Internals

I think you could take him... race him and find out. Even if you lose, you still paid a ton less to have a car that performs pretty close to the gt500

Im sure you can. Stock Gt-500s are trapping around 116. You hsould be around 120 with that setup i think

Awesome, thanks guys. This is actually an older guy that is reliving his childhood days so he went out, grabbed a GT500, and he's racing everything in sight.
Is this only because it's forced induction? I've heard turbo's & blower's don't "run out of breath" at their top end...

Dude you would smoke one, from a dig they are 12.6-low 13 second cars. From a roll they got some power but not like a stroker would.

So this car isn't built yet, and you want to race the old man?
Watchout, with an exhaust, pulley, porting the blower and gears that GT500 is a low 10 car...
