06 PBM GTO(458WHP)SOLD!!- 06 TR GTO~476WHP 425TRQ
Kills from Houston Trip(VIDS!)
Ok the first race i came upon was a 06 A4 GTO. Appeared to have at least a full exhaust and it was lowered with some badass wheels on it. Im sure it was a tuned full exhaust/intake car. Sorry for the bad camera operations....ALL the races kinda snuck up on us and it was hard to get the camera in time so bare with me on that.lol. Both races from a 60 roll to about 135
The second one was a stock 03/04 Cobra(im pretty sure it was stock) From a 45 roll to 130ish i think with him not waiting on ANY honks(he just went but luckely i was in gear)Again bare with the camera job.
The last one was my unlce on his complete custom chopper. S&S 111 Sidewinder motor. No vids but i have pics of the bike....man this bike is Sexy!!! From a 45 i pulled him by about 3 cars to 120.
And heres a pic of a guy we were talking to at a meet. 1200+ WHP TT 08 Viper!!! Little Asian gut....seemed to know his shit too....its a kinda crappy pic though

Monterey Maroon Metalic- 2000 Z28
That reminds me of a roadtrip awhile back I took from Louisville, KY to Fort Lauderdale. I found myself cruising with other F-bodies, Corvettes and other nice cars. Not to mention stoplight encounters. Good times!
Can't wait to drive Route 66. My dream vacation would be to get 10 or so badass cars and drive Route 66. Anybody on LS1.com is invited of course.

Black- 2003 Mustang Cobra
i think the viper looks kinda ugly. well, not UGLY ugly, but not something I would be caught staring at. The older 96 GTS's are one of my dream cars, sexier and much MUCH more aggressive looking.

All that V10 needs to finally sound more like a musclecar is an x-pipe or h-pipe. If my recollection is correct, on the earlier models, there isn't anything to help balance out the exhaust, so it basically sounds like a six cylinder (technically, two 5 cylinders)!!
That being said, I've seen many a Viper that sounds like a weedeater and would still stomp on my LS1! HAHA! I'm working on that!2002 Camaro SS M6, 2.5 PRC 5.3L heads, TFS 228/230 cam, FAST 92, bolt ons + a 10 lb bottle in the back.
1989 Corvette L98, A4, Full bolt ons, etc.

you've gotta be joking right? an ls1 is not a good platform to start out with? i'll start a thread and we can get some opinions on that. and the argument is weak? how so. i can buy a 10-12000.00 ls1 powered car and dump $20,000 in it, have a faster car, and come out with at least $30,000 dollars saved. (i dont know how much a viper is but i would imagine at least 50-60,000)

by the way i posted a thread to take a poll in the general discussion area of "$$ per HP, an LS1 powered car isnt the best starting platform" chime in anytime.
