Ford Escort Tried to Race Me...WTF? lol

so for the last few weeks everytime I drive around there's this little ford escort that keeps messing with me. well I just look at it as a waste of gas, and just ignore him. but last night, I was just driving around, and this guy comes up beside me at a light revving his motor, and i roll down my passenger window and tell him to stay in his own league.
He then continues to revv his motor, and does a stall and burns out and grinds every...single...gear. just drove me nuts... but i still ignored his stupidity. well i head out on the highway, and he follows me for close to five miles staying right beside me revving so finally i give a little revv, at like 55 and he drops it down, and shoots in front of me. so I just stomp it and fly past him and bury the speedometer, and just keep going, gaining close to 30 or so cars on him(he was like 3 miles behind me by now) then i get off the highway and turn around to head back into town,and he follows me! we get back to the same light that we started at, and he reaches across the cab and rolls down his manual window, and goes. "Hey is that a V8 or what?" i just wanted to slap him for being so stupid!! but I simply replied "no it's a modded v6, n/a car" he says "what's n/a" i just tell him "go race a v6 mustang" and turned off...
SOME PEOPLE...gah he's worse than some hondas!

nope, he's got like a 1990 tempo, but that's his 400lb wifes car.
he's like 45 and balding, and smells like cheap alcohol...
makes me wanna race the nsx kid! haha

maybe if he had his slicks on and yall went from a dig, or maybe his NOS or turbo wasn't working right. you never know in a race that serious.

that's sadder the all the Mitsubishi Mirages that have ever tried to race me...
you should've gave him some hope....and let him go to about 3 cars infront...and then mash!!!!...

and then you should've gone an asked for GAS MONEY (like 02sunsetorangeZ said)

Maybe his computer had a virus, but it sounds like his cams weren't camming right, thats for sure cause those escors are super fast you know

O pipe huh... He should of gone with the duel O pipe instead of the single, I hear they get less leaks.

But maybe he was also out of blinker fluid. Has that crossed anyone's mind yet?

Could have had worn muffler bearings.
