    Death

Death and Kill at the same time:

I was coming back from IFA(getting weed killer and lawn care) and noticed a blue NISMO 350Z?, and a Volvo C30? Hatchback with like 18s in the turn lane next to me. So the light turned green and we all eased out, made our turn and once we all straightened out at about 40mph, all three of us stabbed it. Now Me and the 350Z walked the volvo, I hung with the 350Z until about 75-80ish and then SHE proceeded to put 3-4 car lengths on me after 80. We shut down and the volvo came flying by doing no less than 120. I must clarify I was in the Wifes 07 TBSS AWD, 3SS. It has a CAI and resonator delete with a flowmaster super 44. OBTW, the chick driving the 350Z was a hottie and could shift preety damn good, she got a chirp going into third, damn my camera phone for being at home, LOL.

yeah, these TBSS' are not that fast in stock form especially the AWD ones such as mine. I would guess low-mid 14s at best, obviously they have an LS-2 in them so they are easily modded and can be very fast, when set up right. I think with a tune mine would pick up a bit, but that won't be for a month or so.

My brother has an awd tbss. Unless you are running slicks you will be chasing it down.

The areodynamic edge would fall in the Z's favor at 80+mph. She could not have been stock, far from it most likely. That's bad ass she was out racing, rare indeed.

Yank really improved their ETs when they were testing their converters on the TBSS.

I'd get like an SS4000 in that beast or a converter with a low STR. They are very efficient in the higher RPMS if you get a low STR.

That should wake it up, then throw a 100shot on it, the wife will never know. About 2k or so later you won't be getting beat by ricers.

Not really, because he was side by side with the 350Z until 75-80MPH, at which point the aerodynamic disadvantage of the TBSS came into the equation.

Yes but weight still plays a factor even at top end, but i understadn what your saying that at those speeds aerodynamics are a much bigger factor. I would like to see what would happen if your trailblazer had bolt ons. Id have to say after driving a 350z for many miles that 3rd and 4th gear are the best, i would consider owning a 350z if they had a back seat and if nissan could actually make a tranny worth talking about
