Cute little 5.0 maybe next time

Well headed out to a buddies to have a few beers and play some COD and ended up running into what i though was a new debaged gt500. it looked and sounded killer and of course i had to taunt him since i just filled the bottle yesterday. well cruising at about a 65 on the HW he decides to drop a few gears and attempt to leave me

NOT. well to pretty much sum it up i put the petal to the floor, held the go go juice button and held the fuk on. by the time i was all in he was probably a good 4+ cars ahead and reeling him in was EASY (way to easy for it to be a GT500)and ended up putting a good 3-4 on him around 120-130 till i let out. well i stopped at a gas station to grab some smokes and he followed me. he hops out of the car and is what i would consider a state or awe

he just looks my car around all over and of course asks the typical questions and what not. i asked a few about his car and he tells me its a 5.0 with exhaust cai and some tuner thingy. well the last thing out of his mouth is i bet i'd win from a digg ( or as he called a "stop and start"

) and of course i didnt oblige (sp?) ended up going a few miles over to a nice open 4 lane stretch to run em. left at the green. i left out easy to keep some tread on the tires then gave it hell around 25-30 which left a good 5-6 on him by 100 or so. all in all it was fun and he was a good sport about it, ended up getting his number because he wants to go out racing with me and the car club sometime

nice kill! im sure that made ur day. id like to race one with those mods and see how bad i get beat if i do. nice kill again i cant wait to be able to do that.

Shouldn't be too hard for you Jon. One of the guys that hangs around the group has a 05-07 gt500 with some small stuff done and we've messed around but never actually raced but I think from a dig it should be pretty easy when i leave on the nitrous and a set of street radials
