    yup the ls3 is and will be pretty mean ride in the vette. when i initially got my ls1 my intention was to stay away from compresion as i always love high output high displacement motors (except the gas miliage ). which is why i went H/C/I initally the bottle was a fairly recent mod and was only bought for the track and cobra's. the dyno time i had has always been without bottle b/c i don't have a BO switch for it and (would have to pull over to use it so i have only made bottle runs at the track) when i made 410 to the wheels without the bottle i felt fairly confident in the power i was making cause i didn't want it to be a garage queen like the 600+hp lsx that are on here rather i wanted it to be a weekend warrior. i think motor to motor considering your guys input i am feeling much better about about a race i think someone posted 350-360 whp for the ls2 and although he has about 300lbs less than me as long as i out drive him i shouldn't see taillights. but some one's thinkin just open the bottle no brainer, but i guess to me a bottle win just dosen't give you the same feeling when you win as when you do it n/a, plus if you race n/a and lose you always have the comfort of knowing you have the bottle to avenge you in round 2.

    the c6 has a final drive of 2.56 !!!! thats ridiculus thats worse than the 01 and below viper was that primarily for gas miliage is that the only option in the auto version or does the z51 package put that in the 3.xx

    With your mods without nos if you have drag radials and 4.10 rear gears i have seen f-bodys with 400rwhp do high to mid 11s. I know stock ls2 c6s cant do that.

    3.42's with the Z51 package. Everyone that gets a vette should order that package.

    You can't just look at the final gear ratio. For example, first gear in the A6 is 4.02.
