Anyone in the Lebanon NH area?

just curious if there is anyone out there. I see a red SS and a black TA every so often...maybe they're not on here.....just wanna put mine up against someone to see how she (or I for that matter) do in a little jaunt down the road...hehehe

Funniest part of all this is that I'm not even from NH! I'm from MD, and just working up there. It's a beautiful area. I went to summer camp up here, and always loved it. Lotsa cops here though....wow. never seen so many out to getcha.

Haha yeah, I used to work the exit 19 Gas Station as a kid, Sunoco or Texaco or somesuch, There used to be a State Troop barracks up around there. That and I remember alot of nights as a kid running my bud's 70 Chevelle with my old 69 Road Runner up and down the highway from Grafton/Canaan area to Lebanon, I imagine alot of kids did the same after I moved away. Those USED to be some desolate No One there roads.. God those were the days....That ole Mopar and Chevy SCREAMING down empty macadam for miles....<sigh> God I loved that car.
Thanks for bringing back the memories man, can't tell ya what a nice break in my day that was.

where in Maine are ya? I was based in Augusta for a couple of months, but didn't have the T/A then... it's funny.... not too many F-bodies up in New England. most people around here, especially vermonters, frown on my car....until I tell em that I get about 27 mpg highway!

Man its been FOREVER since I lived there, but isn't New England Dragway still open ? Wednesday nights used to be Grudge Night many moons ago..It would near crush me if that old place shutdown...

nice. I'll look it up. right now my car is all stock 'cept for a magnaflow catback, and a hard 1-2 shift leaves the clutch slipping and the pedal only half-way up.....so a dragstrip might not be the best thing right now! I'd have to baby it on the one-two shift and let the motor do all the catchin' up! haha
