99' SS against 03' Mach 1

first couple races the day a got my car he won because obviously i was still tryin to master the whole taking off with out burning out but then not creeping off the line...a few weeks later i lined him up in the 1/4 and stomped him three times in a row..like by atleast 5 or 6 lengths..of coarse he said that he missed gears and all that stuff but i was happy because i paid 8500 for mine and he paid 25000...

also i am looking for some cheaper bolt-ons because i am tight on money right now.. through experience gives the most power for the buck..

whenever i get the cash.. i am working on a major project with the whole custom system and i am having some hell like with paint and stuff because i am doing all the work myself...but which cam would be the best economically and power wise. my dad has a magic stick or whatever it is called( the real big one) in his 98 z28 and that car will hardly even idle it is horrible..

5 or 6 lengths? Wow he must be one of the worst possible drivers then. Because a a mach 1 vs a 99 ss should be a very close match. Mach 1's will get the advantage if he can drive.

He mentioned shift kit concluding it was an automatic. Maybe he manually shifts and claimed to hit the limiter...who knows, but anyways a Mach A4 is noooo match for an LS1 M6 with a good driver behind it

the manual mach 1 is much closer to a stock LS1 fbody than the fbody to the supercharged cobra.

i ran a white one out at a local spot way back when i had only lid and cutout....he had almost the same setup as this blue one and i left on him hard....
